Website Information
The Website provides general information about NextMile and its services. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or current. Descriptions of services, capabilities and opportunities are not offers or commitments, and service availability varies by market and over time. Technology described as in development may change or may not be released.
Driver Applications
The Website and the driver application process allow individuals to apply for independent contractor delivery opportunities. Applying does not create an employment, contractor or other relationship with NextMile, and does not guarantee approval, delivery opportunities, routes, volume, hours, schedules or earnings. Any independent contractor relationship is governed solely by a separate written contractor agreement, which is not replaced or modified by these Terms.
